Our handmade Polkadog treats ship worldwide via UPS Ground from our kitchen at Boston Fish Pier. Shipping on all domestic retail orders is prepaid and added to the invoice at the time of purchase. International shipments may be subject to additional delivery and customs charges: please confirm your shipping method and cost for all International shipments by writing email@example.com or by calling 617-307-6733 between the hours of 10:00-am-5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Complete street addresses are required for all shipments; UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our kitchen at 617-307-6733 between the hours of 10:00am-5:00pm EST if you have questions about expedited delivery.
We stand behind the products we sell. Any product that is found to be unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt,
or has been received damaged or unusable may be eligible for replacement, a store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances involved.
